30-Day Furniture Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be pleased with your in-stock furniture purchase from VanDrie’s. If within 30 days of delivery you are not satisfied, please notify us. We have many options to quickly resolve any problem.
Should it become necessary during this period, we will accept a one-time reselection of your merchandise in its original condition for a one-time exchange. If you choose a similar item of lesser value than
the one being returned, we will refund the difference. If you choose an item of greater value than the one being returned, you will be charged the difference. If you choose a total refund, VanDrie’s reserves
the right to charge a return fee on the price of all returned merchandise (excluding accessories, fabric, fabric/leather protection and mattress protectors*). Delivery fees apply to reselections and refunds.
30-Day Sleep Comfort Guarantee
This guarantee ensures you are making the best possible choice.
- The customer must keep the mattress set for a minimum of 7 days (from the date of delivery), which is the accepted adjustment period for a new mattress.
- The mattress set can be exchanged once within 7-30 days (from the date of delivery) for a model of similar value with payment of dollar value difference and applicable taxes. A 15% restocking fee, plus delivery fee, applies.
- In order for the mattress set to be exchanged, it must be free from stains and damage; therefore, the customer must purchase and use a mattress pad from VanDrie’s.
For a variety of reasons, including manufacturer restrictions, technical issues, and constant change, we are unable to quote some prices online or by email.
